As per usual my studio building, The Salty Dog, will be hosting its annual holiday open house and subsequent sale during the first weekend in December. I did the invitation at the last minute so wanted to start getting it into circulation. Somewhat more quiet and subdued than some of the previous years but it somehow seemed appropriate.

I’ll be represented by a few paintings, prints, sculptures and homemade art cards. The main event is always the ceramics work that the building is most known for, with a variety of styles of work from the utilitarian to abstraction to whimsical.

After the rather dire flood that the basement experienced a few weeks ago, it’s very tentative that any of the artists who have their spaces there will be participating. Much thanks of all those who contributed to the GoFundMe campaign to aid in the clean-up. It became fully funded within a weeks time!
