Just highlighting here the type of the simple mock-ups that I do, not just for my own projects, but also for others. Bella Sanger Catering is a project of Sue Genty Interior Design, and she asked me to use an existing photo of the storefront and quickly render some desired changes – (beefy cornice, gray awnings, painted wood instead of the square tiles, etc.)

I find drawings like this are good presentation tools when trying to communicate intention in one fell swoop. The hand drawn quality at this stage keeps it feeling loose and not overly locked in.
